Cats or orp on mac's how much difference?
 

how much hp & ft/lb gains do you see with orp compaired to the low flow "high flow" mac cats?

Depends on the rest of your setup. Are you talking stock internal? Cam? Heads/cam? Extra cubes? Boost? N2O?

All bolt on's stock heads cam tr224 112 will be ordered monday morning. m6 4.10's first time in awhile that i'm looking foward to a monday.

I'd guess that you'd be giving up at least 10-15hp with mac cats over an ORY on a cammed motor. Maybe more....

Get the ORY and just weld in some Carsounds for 125 bucks. They flow really well compared to the Mac ones and dont really give up that much power (5 maybe) over an ORY on a mild setup.
