Default High flow cats....

Ok, I'm getting sick of the gas/fume smell coming from the Trans Am after the cam swap and computer tune. Now, I've been told that installing cat converters will resolve the fume smell? So, how much power typically is lost when installing cat converters?

I've LT1's and LS1's with and without cats(I've had cammed LT1's no cammed LS1's yet) and I have never noticed a diference in the exhaust smell. now last summer when I had my drove a cammed LT ORY lt1 everybody would always ask me, hey you running race gas ini that thing? I say no why, they said they could smell the gas I never did. Have you had your car tuned since the cam install? you never know your car might be way rich right now and thats causing the smell.

Should I go with a single cat or with two?
