I take back everything bad i said about QTP...
I feel like a complete jackass about saying what i have said about QTP, how crappy their headers are and all that crap... Eventhough it was a bit of hassle to install the headers and ORY, I love th outcome... I dynoed 333.9 to the wheel and 345 torque before any kind of tune and with the cutouts closed... I was amazed.. I thought i would run like 310 or 315 maybe... Anyways, I DO recommend QTPs to anyone who wants a great product. I was expecting the headers to fit like a stock product, but in reality, with every aftermarket product, there is bound to be some kind of obstacle that needs to be adjusted here or there, so I wanna apologize to QTP for bad mouthing their name on this website...

I didnt have to grind the k member, but i had to cut off a piece of the body... but i dont think it was necesarry to do that, I think we just needed to get the car higher. And yes I did have trouble with steering shaft clearance. Like i said, there was some hassle in getting it on, but i think the end result was worth it.

i had to remove and clearance my steering shaft.i didn't try to adjust the column like someone else has suggested.mine also rubbed on the k member on both sides so i had to do some clearancing there also but the headers in general are great, but i wish now that i would have fabbed up a y-pipe myself.
