Friend of mine recently bought a '99 C5 and is going to replace the exhaust. He bought the left and right side muffler from a friend that works for flowermaster for $200 for both of them. I am wondering, are the stock pipes that connect to the muffler big enough, or would he want to replace those as well? BTW, the car is bone stock, ie: no crazy heads and cam package in the near future.

It didnt come with over the axle pipes? The stock pipe is plenty big for your friend.
