Default How does Thunder Racing's Ported TB compare to New Era's TB?

I know that the first and foremost difference is price. New Era Performance's throttle body is only $75 while Thunder Racing's ported throttle body is $150. Thunder Racing advertises their TB's gain to be up to 8 rwhp (on a car with aftermarket camshaft and headers) while somebody here with New Era's TB gained 11 rwhp (on a car with aftermarket camshaft, heads, and headers). What I do like about Thunder Racing is that I can do a core exchange. What does Thunder Racing do to justify the extra $75 that they charge over New Era's price? And how do their TB's actually compare to New Era's? Thanks in advance for the info.
