True Dual Exhaust Question???

True Dual Exhaust Question??? I currently have true duals now. The drivers side after the x-pipe is always scraping the ground. I have a small tear in the floor pan now where the hanger(bracket) is atteched. I know it has to be that low because of the fuel lines.
Could I wrap the fuel lines with header wrap and move the pipe close to the floor pan and fuel lines? Probably a stupid idea but, is there anything else I could use to protect the fuel lines from heat?
Also what if I had the exhaust dumping right after the x and had some turn downs put on? What would that sound like without the mufflers? That would definetly solve my clearance issues, but then again I might have a problem with the fuel lines getting to hot. Any ideas??
I have speed bumps in my apt complex and at my work and I can not drive around them. I need to get this fixed. I have the G2 springs. They are about a 2" drop. Thanks
