Getting FLP's, got a ??

Got a set of FLP's coming in early next week.
I was wondering if I need an air restrictor plate for these? I know you need it for some long tube headers to not have problems with your air pump.

I used restrictor plates when I had FLPs and AIR. I made my own out of some scrap sheet metal. I forget the hole size I used. If you do a search on this site, you should find it. I've since taken off the AIR system and blocked off the holes.
