Is it worth it to move my cutout??

I want my car to be louder but i dont have the money to buy an exhaust system. So i was thinking about moving my cutout from the rear passenger seat to the Y-pipe collector. How much louder would it be? Is it worth it? Let me know what you guys think.

No you dont want your cut out that far up, and it wont make it louder.

Leave it alone and save up for some headers.

I'd leave it where it is. If you want to be louder you could gut your cats - don't think California would be happy with you though. JMO

I've been thinking about gutting my cats but whats the best way to do it??

keep it in your I-Pipe and like said before save $$$ for headers if you feel like ******* with the california system

Gutting the cats will help sound, or headers would be the only other way to make it louder. Ive heard a stock LS1 with gutted cats and sounds really good IMO
