Removing AIR and EGR, will I still pass obd scan?
If I install the race headers on my F body and remove these 2 things and have the codes deleted, will the car still pass the obd 2 scan for emission? I know the scan checks for those things or whatever, any experiences?

I am using race headers and passed the OBDII scan. The term "deleted" is not correct since you do not deleting the codes from the PCM. The OBDII scanner wil be checking the ready state of the sensors to make sure they are responding. You can set each DTC (diagnostic trouble code) to either:
0 - MIL on first error
1 - MIL on second error
2 - No MIL light
3 - No error reported
Once you set the DTC's for AIR, EGR, Rear O2's to "3 - No error reported", the DTC shows ready and you will pass the OBDII scan.

Blacker is correct, I normally say "deleted" for the sake of simplicity. No error reported means when the scanner looks it over, and see's nothing out of whack.
I've seen a few people who's tuner simply set the DTC's to "No MIL Light" or "SES Light Disabled" and they still show up when scanned.
