Default magnaflow EXHAUST QUESTION?

Hey 427 stroker guys.

Do you think this maganflow exhaust is to small to make over 500rwhp and torque in a Trans Am

5.7L V8, Trans-Am/WS-6/Firehawk,
rear exit,
3"/2.5" SS tubing, 3.5" slash/p-SS tip

Or do I need to go bigger.

I hate letting the cat out of the bag early but we are working a 3.5" catback ... race inspired. This is not the cat back for someone looking for tips or that shiney finished look. This a single outlet high flow race system. reduced mass with some muffling capacity but all consideration for fitment, ground clearance and flow potential.

Our standard cat-back is great for 400-425 rwhp, will prove minimal issue for 425-450., but will see limits at 500 rwhp. It will work but you will sacrifice power for sound control at that level.
