My DMH cutout has blown fuses off and on over the past year (25A cigarette lighter fuse). I received a new one after the old one began rattling and it's still doing it. Today I rerouted the power wire directly to the battery w/ an inline fuse and it's still blowing it whenever I push the button in the "shut" direction...wtf! I tried a 30A fuse w/ the same result. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions on how to fix it?

Sounds like you may have a shorted out harness or switch. Email me your address and I will send you a new harness and switch no charge.
