Default SEMA >> Professional Products Intake Manifold

Hi Everyone,

It was awesome attending the SEMA show this year. I also had the pleasure of meeting the profossional products owner (I believe he was the owner) and looking at thier booth. Sorry if I grilled you a little bit, but I was just trying to get as much information as possible to post...and I think you'll agree that it was worth me asking hard questions. (BTW...they are a sponsor).

I can say from seeing them in person that they look great and the quality is definitely good. Here are a few pictures.

--------------------------------------------------
Here's a pic of the underside of the manifold

--------------------------------------------------
Here's a pic of the inside of the manifold

--------------------------------------------------
The Goodmark guys were there and they had their LS1 69 Camaro. They had a Professional Products intake manifold (generously donated).

The car has an STS Turbo on it now, but they said when it was N/A that they gained 33RWHP with the intake on the stock LS1 engine (I believe this was over an LS1 intake...not an LS6, but I'm going to check on that).

Have a link for more info by chance, for specs flow cost ect.???

Sure would be nice if they could design this type of manifold to use the stock o-ring seals, vs a gasket.

There was already a huge-huge thread about this intake. These pictures are always nice to have though. I was unaware that it was open on the bottom and has a bolt-on plate. Might help with porting.

Yeah...there have actually been several huge threads about this intake already....that's one of the reasons I posted a new thread....it would get lost at page 30+

The bottom bolt-on plate definitely would help with porting and polishing. Given the price....this intake definitely is worth it.

It looks like it might be worth it. I was ready for it to suck on results, but this gives it an edge over most intakes minus the FAST.
