Default Can I Swap A Catted Y For An Ory?

I have mac mids w/catted y and i want to know if i can just yank out the catted y and bolt in an ORY or is there more to it? Eventually i will go w/ longtubes but thats not an option for me right now.

Now that i read a little more about the mac cats i understand they flow like stock cats...any idea how much hp i would gain from swapping an ORY?

Yep. Direct replacement. I actually have one for sale, only problem is shipping. It's very expensive for something this size.

I looked at your FS thread. Is the bullet welded to the ORY?

...Anybody know will the SES light come on without cats?

Yes you will get an ses light when you remove the cats. You can run O2 simms to get rid of the light or just have them deleted with a tune. The bullet isn't welded to the Y-pipe. It's just stuck on there where I clamped it on and it doesn't want to come off. It would have to be cut.
