Where to get 11/32" vaccum caps?

Where to get 11/32" vaccum caps? Upon removing the PCV system there are 4 outlets that need capped with 11/32" vaccum caps. I can't seem to find anywhere that sells that size. I can only find either 5/16 or 3/8" vaccum caps. What is everyone here using to cap off the left over outlets from the PCV system?

Yeah, I've already been to the 4 closest auto parts stores near me, but I guess I'll have to venture out some to find them in stock, lol. Anyone have a link to order some online?
