trying to get full bolt on's for the before cam dyno.

i want to get my car into the dyno for some before and after when i get everything i need for the cam.

i am going to have.

tb bypass
p/p tb
delete air and egr
pacesetter longtubes
pacesetter ory
borla catback
3" cut-out
ls6 intake manifold
slp lid with smooth bellows
and custom tune while on dyno

than maybe spray it while its up there. got a 100 shot installed but havent changed the plugs and dont want to spray without making sure im safe.

is there any other little things i should try to do. i want to try to get 350/350.

its a 6spd ws6 with stock 3.42's

skip the bellows, and seal the hood to the airbox

think thats all?

Tainted Nov 28, 2006 09:26 PM

that should do it. that stuff there may get you to 350rwhp alone w/o a cam

if i went with a crank UD pulley would i see some gains like claimed or are the claims normally post-cam gains?

Tainted Nov 28, 2006 09:39 PM

it offers some gain but not by much but if youre doing a cam then you may as well do it while youre at it

Electric water pump and 160* stat. If you don't want to pay the $550 for the pump, buy a *160 stat for the car. Make sure and have the fans reprogrammed for it, or it will be useless. ;)

will that help in performance?

Tainted Nov 29, 2006 08:24 PM

it will keep the car cooler which in theory yes, but not by much.

The cooler temps help prevent detonation, and the EWP has been shown to free up 7-10rwhp as well. It's also lighter, and totally pimp. :pimp:
