What Is On Your 2007 Wish List For New Products??
Hey All,
I am getting more into the R&D and parts development side of things in the business next year. I am trying to get ideas from folks of what you feel is needed at this time and in the future as far as new products or updating current products. I have the facilities and contacts to do just about anything. It can be anything from a small piece of hardware to a complete system.
Pretty much everything and anything will be considered and it can be for the F-bodies, GTO, Corvettes, Trucks, Hybrids and so on. Doesn't matter if it is engine, suspension, brakes, trans, driveline, fuel system, cooling system, supercharging, turbo packages and parts. We have been working with some of the Pro-Touring folks and the fab work there is innovative and top notch.
So PM, e-mail thevettedr@aol.com or call me at 407-616-2518 with your wants and needs. E-mail is probably the best avenue at this time and try to give at least some detail. I llok forward to your input while we work on our own projects. Thanks and have a great holiday season.

Hmm...off the top of my head for an F-body...
- Bolt-in adapters to use rod-end shocks front and rear
- An adapter to allow threaded adjustment of the axle end of the LCA, instead of 2-3 gross adjustments
- Better variety of T-56 gear ratios
- An oil pan which doesn't starve the pickup during high-G maneuvers

carbon fiber hood and lexan or plexiglass rear hatch glass also smooth carbon fiber or fiberglass interior door panels with a door pull to shut it and a way to retrofit the power window buttons. maybe even something to replace the center console so that the is a location for aftermarket gauges but covers the electrics and around the shifter. i think these things would all save alot of weight for the hardcore street/drag and ax guys.

Something else that would be ver nice to have available, would be a bracket setup that makes mountign a kirkey style seat easily done. Something that would mount to the existing studs would make the entire task very simple.
I'd also like to see someone produce some lightweight parts like mentioned above for the interior, a lw carbon fiber t top that won't leak would be really nice too.. maybe even a lw support that bolts up on transam's anc camaro's that mmakes removing the bumper support easily done, and not have to worry about the saggy bumper cover syndrome that we all hate the look of too... that would be very nice.

Hi
Realy good quality (better then TSP) Y pipes to work with Pacesetters. Both ORY and catalyatic (with Magnaflow metalic cats). Something like the Kooks Y pipe, only for Pacesetters. Also, must have a proper merg collector at the back.
Dual gate or ratchet in console shifter for A4 cars.
Performance oriented non-lowering springs. Something like a 1LE spring, only a little higher spring rates.

Pipes that look like cats, lol. Pretty much gutted cats with a pipe running through to pass visual inspection. That'd be hot, but probably pushin it in terms of legality and probably nothing anyone would consider doing, but ive always wanted something like that i can just buy.
