Ok so I've gotten this far...theres way too much oil inside my intake & almost everyone i've spoken too has said to get a catch can. I have the idea down as to its use & such but what is a good brand to go with that works??? Is the one that Mike Norris sells any good??? Thanks

I just did my own catch can as well with a dual setup and inline fuel filter. I have it mounted down near the battery, attached to the A/C looking towards the front. I can't believe the amount of oil it has collected already! Save your money and just go with the Home Depot route, it just needs to be emptied a little more often. Do a search from my profile and it was posted in 'Home Depot catch Can'.

I did the Home Depot catch can, and you can't beat it for the price.

Ditto, I installed mine a few weeks ago and it has caught at least a few ounces of oil since installing. Im quite glad I installed it and it only cost me about 15$ total.

I prefer just deleting the PCV system and running a breather. Cleans up the engine bay instead of adding more clutter, and you will never get any oil in the intake. Even the catch can won't eliminate everything.

So you don't mind Oil Vapors flowing in and out of your engine Bay and thru your fresh air intake?
Your high end Oil Separators will catch 95% of the air borne Oil in the Vapors.

Is this in response to my post? If so it doesn't even make any sense, oil vapors in the engine bay from a breather are minimal and they won't be sucked into the intake. 95% with a catch can or 99.99% with a breather, thanks but I'll take the 99.99%

So then the amount of Vapors going into your engine should be minimal, why bother with a Breather then.
That doesn't make sence.

It makes perfect sense, the vacuum created by the intake isn't sucking oil and vapors into the intake. If its not connected to the intake its not going to be sucking oil into it.

Do you even know what the PCV system is ?

I myself regret the inclusion of such passages from the psycho- pathology of hysteria, which, because of their fragmentary presentation, and because they are torn out of their context, cannot prove to be very illuminating. If these passages are capable of throwing any light upon the intimate relations between mere dribbling and the psycho-neurosis, they have served the intention with which I have included them.
Good Day.
