Default SLP Air Temp Module..Too good to be true?

Has anyone bought this or know anyone who has? $24 for 5-7HP. Does it work or is it too good to be true? Here's the link:

i posted a while back about this and the consensus was yea, its pretty much bs. but if you're really interested, theres a page on installuniveristy where they test this out and get basically the same results with a little .50 cent radio shack resistor.

yea i bought the slp air temp module before thinking about doin the resister thing..lol but peep also buy o2 sims all the time and u can do the same stuff with a .50 resister and i know that works cause my dad did it on his ram air...

It works. But you can do the same thing with a 5 cent resister. !TT
