Default TSP408: LS6 oil pump wont fit!

got my old motor out tonight, and started adding parts to the 408. the new LS6 pump touches the chain and doesnt make contact with the block so it touches the double timing chain set, and not the block. anybody ever ran into this?

i have pics ill post in a few minutes.

+2 on the oil pump spacers. They usually come with the timing set.
