Took off air pump, now car won't start.

Took off air pump, now car won't start. I don't know what happened but I suspect when I was bending the tube out of the way of the passenger side plugs I broke a connection in the back. The injectors are pulsing according to the voltmeter when I turn the starter but the plugs aren't firing. It's not throwing any codes according to the scanner. I have a 99 vette; it was real hard to get back behind the engine on my 94 z28, but it is IMPOSSIBLE on the vette. I think I'll have to take the intake off just to get back there and check wires.
