Exclamation ALL XS Stainless Steel Headers questions in here!

******************IMPORTANT*********************** ****

Due to many requests I'm going to put this information on my first post and here for those who asked before and for those who will ask.

The SPONSOR who sells the XS headers and Y pipe is black2002ws6
For Sales contact: lpp@tampabay.rr.com

PM him for specific pricing, I can help with any questions or concerns about the headers but he is the seller and a sponsor as well.

************************************************** **

I officially have installed these headers without a single problem, fitment was excellent quality was outstanding and I confirm the JET HOT ORY DOES WORK!

*I DID NOT do any Grinding, cutting, banging or anything to put these on, the only thing needed to be removed was the casting tab!!

I have many pictures, and I WILL take pics if you would like to see more, and I DO HAVE VIDEO CLIPS ALSO!!

Questions? ask away and I will be more than happy to answer them for you!

First start up with LT's and dumped ORY

Cold start, idle, 3k rev

Thats great that they fit, but others have got them and it was a hit or miss for them, apparantly it was a hit for you. Hopefully they can start to make them fit that good consistently. Please post some pics.

That sounds so sick! Im gonna be putting on the ebay headers and jet hot ory this monday, hope everything goes smoot. You should put some videos of a 6k rev on here.

Also whats involved with taking casting tab out?

its jsut a little maybe 1.5 inch aluminum tab on the block. you can either grind it down till you got enough room or cut it off. we had a rack sawzall and the works so it took me and my dad all of 10 secs to chop it off.

God honest, it went awesome. The fit was great, the drivers collector is angled slightly upwards but the jet hot ory has a bend for that you may or may not need to bang the floorboard some.

We didnt even breaka single bolt on any of the exhaust and we did it front to back everything. I do however recommend you get some pb blaster and soak all your bolts down every single day and get them good. Also USE BREAKER BAR WHENEVER YOU CAN!

Did they rub, or were they very close to the starter, ..., as other people have mentioned?

Looks nice!

What 02 senors work with those, and what gaskets? Any other hardware besides those two needed for the install?

you can use a 12" and 24" extension and use the factory ones or you can use the corvette 02 sensors (rear) and have new 02's and no need for extensions. I used factory gaskets as they are excellent and speed inc has them for 20 bucks a pair. i also got Grade 8 LOCKING header bolts and Speed inc emissions block off plates.

* OH I also got 2 3" stainless steel band clamps. my entire exhaust is stainless right down the bolts and clamps
