Pacesetter LT's and Cut Out Question? Help

What size cut outs do I need to run with my Pacesetter LT's and my TPS ORY. Just wondering what size will work with the comb? 3 inch? \Looking for something that will also not have to be welded

your gonna need to get it welded in there, otherwise you will have a leak or it will move around.
