Headers Headers Headers!
If you can find them, get XS Stainless. I LOVE the way they tuck up, and were stupid easy to install. Around here, they are very ******* rare, and owners are tough to sell them. I got VERY lucky with a local deal for $280 brand new.
If you are going stainless, Kooks. If your going Mild Steel, Hooker. Pacesetters look like trash compared to the fitment, and design of hookers IMO. My buddy had a set of pacesetters on his car for about a year, and they eventually wore out, and developed leaks... We swapped them out for Hookers, and couldn't be happier.

IMO, the kooks Y pipe is not the greatest. It might fit in place ok, but where the pipes come together is nothing great by any means. Looks like my old JetHot/Hooker y pipe. The QTP has the best merge hands down with the flowmaster piece. But it leaves a bit to be desired also, with it being aluminized instead of stainless. From reading on here and local accouts, some dont have any problems with the QTP Y, just a lil elbow grease. Personally I think I'm going to try the edelbrocks, they are stainless, no air or egr is available, slip-fit hvmc(that im going to have welded up from inside) and their Y comes in stainless, with what looks like a mini flowmaster merge/Y. Wont break the bank either.
If you choose QTP, why not buy the Flowmaster merge separately and have it custom fabbed locally? Would it be that much more expensive than buying a questionable part in the long run?
