SAE correction makes a big difference. A NON-SAE corrected dyno can vary from run to run quite a bit. It is NOT consistant. SAE is standard correction. The software uses an equation to calculate the numbers, based on all sorts of factors. It removes the variables of weather, temp, humidity, barometric pressure, to better get a real world number. Those variables will effect the numbers a lot. Most numbers you see published are SAE corrected. Actual hp numbers are usually higher than SAE numbers.

So your saying I could be putting down more than what it said? Cuz I do know if was a warm day with relatively high humidity.

Possibly...the only way to find out is have your dyno operator convert to SAE graph. Usually it's a matter of pushing one button...I don't know why they don't do it by default.

I might get back on the dyno here in the next few weeks. Actually he should be able to pull up my run and adjust whatever he needs to so he could prolly do the correction then.
