Default ok so im kind of lost, what should i do

im getting around 600 back on taxes, then a paycheck, so all in all i should have roughly 1500 bucks, i only want to use around 1000 of that... heres the tricky part, i know its good to have a nice good smooth flow in the exhaust and i already have intake,MAF,Exhaust,Lid so its somewhat smooth... but i want headers, to expensive right now, how bout cam? cheap but expensive to install, intake manifold? to expensive for not a big bang lol... im thinking beef up suspension? BUT I WANT HORSE.... IM SO LOST!!! what the hell should i do to my car with those selections named

A cam won't be worth very much unless you have an exhaust system to match it. Ie: Headers. I mean, you can do it but it's kind of pointless IMO. You'll end up with exhaust sooner or later to maximize the performance so you might as well do it in the "proper" order.

gonna need headers eventually for a cam, coated pacesetters and ory are a great bang for the buck($500-600). if you don't want pacesetters, save up for some Kooks or QTP's. LS6 intake($300) and a ported stock throttle body would help also.($75-100).

TSP has pacesetters and TSP ORY for $500. Speed Inc. I believe has the pacesetters and pacesetter y for $500. They perform just as well as the Kooks, but aren't stainless.

Cam package is going ot cost you quite a bit, and definatly not worth it without exhaust. You'd also need a tune afterwards, which usually runs $4-500.

Is your car an auto? Best mod is a stall.

If I were you, I'd go with exhaust, SFC's, and LS6 manifold as mentioned earlier. About $1000 and you'll have an easy 30rwhp boost, probably more, and a nicer ride quality/stronger feel in the car.

You can swap your stall over to the new transmission, it's like buying a pulley and getting a new motor, just pull it off one and stick it on the other. It's not like putting in a shift kit.

Kooks LT's and Y-pipe would be a very nice choice for you, but the stall would still make your car run harder.

Pacesetters and y pipe $500
Ls6 intake $300
Ported tb $60

Leaves you $140 for either saving and putting towards something else. Or if you havent already get some new spark plugs, wires. Or you could get a underdrive pulley for $140 used.

With these mods you will have all the supporting mods needed so when you go with a cam everything will work great together.

I would get coated pacesetters, custom ypipe with cats, used ls6 intake, and dyno tune. You're looking at a good 30+ rwhp. And setup for cam later on down the road. You will have a great running a performing car.
