Default What size tap and Helicoil for Heads?

I stripped out one of my rocker arm bolt holes on my Head for my LS1. I wanted to know what size Tap, drill bit, and Helicoil to use for my repair. Anyone have experience doing this? Any trick to do this so that i dont have to remove my head?

For a rocker stud, I wouldnt even try to heli coil.... just due to the pressures extracted on the hole.... I would have it fixed at a machine shop, they will refill it and redrill it and its done right.

Let us know if you dont do that and how the heli coil goes.
