Default What spark plug wires are you guys using to relocate your coil packs??

I called MSD and Taylor and neither gave me much help. I read that the Taylor 73255 wire set would work but Taylor didn't agree, and Mikey used MSD wires (according to Rapid Motorsports) but MSD said they didn't have anything for me either.
Someone help me out here!

I would contact ARE and ask what they used.

I expected them to have some LS1 type connectors and some wires that I could cut to the right length.

When I relocated my coil packs under the cowl I contacted Magnacore and they were very helpful. They will make up a custom set of 8.5 mm wires for you for about $125. In order to get the wire length exactly right, I bought about 6 feet of vacuum hose that fit inside the coil then layed it out how I wanted it to go. Mail or fax a letter describing the length of each wire to Magnacore along with your credit card number and you'll get your wires in less than 7 days. I had them put 90 degree ends at the coil and they work great. The wires only come in red.

I emailed Chris Endres about his car with the relocated coils on the ARE car, he replied:

Magnecor made up a set of 6 wires for us custom to fit LS1 coils in a V6 config for $150 or some ridiculous price... we'll be doing our own next. It sounds like the LT1 optispark connector works on the LS1 coil?

Okay I showed the tech at Taylor a pic of Dave's car...
http://www.onyx.cz28.com/images/wires.jpg
And he told me that is their TAY 73255 (~$65 from Jegs, and takes 2-3 weeks to send out), but it doesn't come with LS1 coil connectors (just HEI connectors I think).

I just called back and he gave me part number 46052 for the set of LT1 connectors, anyone know for sure if they will work??
Brian, thanks for the info BTW.

Ok just talked to Dave.
He used the coil connectors off his stock wires, that's what I'm gonna do.
I finally got it all figured out!
