Can't decide...what do you think?

I am trying to decide between Borla cat-back and GMMG cat-back. Which one is easier to install(I'm having a shop doing it regardless) but still curious. Has anyone had any troubles with either?

So Borla or GMMG...which one?

I vote Borla. My friend had GMMG w/stock manifolds and cats and I couldn't even hear it. Open Borla would turn heads. Can always close it alittle if you get headers.

both should fit real good and the borla will be a lil louder as stated above

I have a GMMG on my stock Z28 and my buddy has a Borla on his stock Z28. They are two different sounding exhausts. You can certainly tell the difference from a stock exhaust to a GMMG, but the Borla may be a little louder. Personally, I think the GMMG sounds better. If you plan on installing headers at some point, I'd go with GMMG. I've heard a ton of stories about having too much rasp with a Borla and headers.

I have long tubes, no cats, and a cam with my Borla, if you close it up, there's no rasp at all. Sounds almost stock. You can always go somewhere inbetween.
