Those with Hooker LT's.... How many of you had a custom y-pipe made by a local shop? How much was it? If possible, could you have one made up for me? And then i'll pay for shipping and a little extra for your troubles? Let me know how much you guys are paying. No one around here will touch the car and I'm wanting to put these headers on NOW. Thanks Chris |
Re: Those with Hooker LT's.... Anyone? May also want to post something in the westcoast section. |
Re: Those with Hooker LT's.... Wisconsin is on the west cost? I suppose it is (of Lake Michigan, that is). Seriously, my headers came from jet hot today and I'm looking too. Got a position order in with Summit on the Hooker Y, but if that looks to be stalled again, then. Here is what I have found out: > Mufflex $285 assembled, alluminized steel > ThunderRacing $350, stainless steel parts (welding required) > Hooker Y $169 (if you can get one) > Local shops - all over the map |
Re: Those with Hooker LT's.... yeah all the local shops don't want to deal with it, and won't touch a car that doesn't have cats. oh well, looks like i'll be doing one up for me. Chris |
Re: Those with Hooker LT's.... hehe.. lol.. sorry I'm blind.. try Midwest section then It's tuff to find a good muffler shop for work like this, mainly due to the size of the tubing we need. |
