Default What epoxy to use to fill area in tb and how do I raise the coil packs?

I have my Tb fully ported and polished but never filled the area up with epoxy. Which epoxy do I use to do this and where do I get it?

Also I want to raise my coil packs up some, do I just uses a certain amount of washers to do this and if so how much higher should I raise it?
Thanks

Why do you want to raise the coil packs?

I have heard that by raising the coil packs off the valve covers a bit keeps the coil packs a bit cooler thus allowing for a hotter spark, to where as if they are right on the valvecovers they are heatsoaked and dont have as hot of a spark.
