Lowered vert w/ Hooker LT's come inside...

Are there any problems w/ clearance? I have hooker shorties now w/ custom y-pipe and RT cats w/ no real clearance problems. I am installing the B1 and want full increase and know the LT's will do that. I have also considered going w/ Mac's but know the LT's will produce more tq and hp.
Please give me some insight.
