Or if you really wanna get down to business, forge those pistons and rods then throw in a nice 80mm turbo.

I need an LS6 intake. They really do make a difference in the top end.

**** nos its a 5 second thing that you cant use every time. i hate it, anyhow id say some slightly bigger gears. maybe some 3.42's it will give you plenty of top speed but pep uo the acceleration some and help elimate any dead spots with the stall converter

First off it's not "nos", second, it's not a 5 second thing.

Gears are known to offer only minimal gains in a stalled auto car. His best bet is a nice cam matched to the stall, or some juice. The nitrous would REALLY wake the car up for some highway runs, and he wouldnt have to spend alot either.

nos nitrous zex they all do the same **** so im gonna stick to the nice widely accepted short term of nos.

Im sorry but im agaisnt "nos" in every way possible. if im gonna drop 6 or 700 bucks the stuff better be working ALL the time, not jsut when I hit a button and lasts for seconds at a time. I know nitrous doesnt tear **** up as bad as it used to be I still say its very hard on the motor and especially a transmission. im jsut not a fan of it and will never use it.

If he wants to do a cam then yes def, a nice mod to do but thats a lot of work and money hes gonna be doing for it.

I think he should stick with the stock stall because a higher stall in gonna hurt his top end. I would say a cam and some spray. Spray last for more than seconds. A buddy of mine can make 8 passes on a 200 shot before he has to refill so figure a small 100 will last for a little while.

2k for a turbo setup, lol. That would be the shittiest turbo setup around, worse than an STS.

Yea it ain't cheap, but it costs money to play with the big dogs, and its money well spent. I just spent 17K to go turbo and do it right, but I did not turn one wrench had a shop that specializes in it do it for me.
