can i stuff a 90MM throttle body on to a stock ls1 manifold? hi guys i hav a 99 ls1 i wanna know if i can stuff a 90mm throttle body on it, will it fit fine, if it doesent can i port out my manifold to make it fit. thanks guys

can i buy a porting kit and port out the stock one my self? is there anything i should be looking for not to damage it or is there a certain way people do it? thank you

FYI, summit makes a 85mm TB for 166 bucks. You can open the mouth of the intake slightly, I think i got mine up to 3.100 and i broke through in a few places getting it that far. I epoxyied and its been fine, I picked up 2mph with the 85 and ported intake. I also port matched the runners.
You can always run a larger TB then the mouth of the intake, because it makes up for the space the throttle blade and shaft takes up.
