Default LS2 TB on an LS1

Hey everyone. I gave search a shot on this, but with it 90% out of commission it didnt help to much. Ive decided on going with Professional Products 96mm Typhoon manifold. Their TB for it wont be out untill around september, but they recommended an LS2 TB to use with it. I was wondering what all is needed to use the LS2 TB w/ the LS1. Also if there are any other TBs that might be more benificial to the LS2 just let me know. Thanks a lot.

I dont have an answer to yout question but I have one. What do you think about the Typhoon manifold? I've see it but dont know much about it. How does it compare to the Fast 90?

a ls2 tb wont fit on a ls1...why would you want to put it on there anyway? the intake manifolds hole is smaller then 90mm, so it wouldnt do any good....go buy a 90mm manifold....

If the throttle body is for the car in your sig... Besides everything else mentioned here, the LS2 TB is electronic. Your car is cable actuated.

Yes I know that I have a cable compared to the electronic. That was the main reason I was wondering if there was anything I could do to make the LS2 tb work w/ the 96mm typhoon, mainly because its cheaper than other tbs, or if I should just go with another aftermarket cable tb.

Im still debating on the typhoon and this was a big factor in it.
