Having a problem after LT header mod, please give advice

I have a 00 Trans Am that i put LT headers on. I am running a y pipe into catback exhaust. I do not have the CATS ne more. I have not had my engine tuned yet. I got race headers so my EGR/AIR system is no longer in use but i havent tuned them out. I do not have the rear o2 sesors deleted. I am having very bad power loss or what feels like misfires. It always happens at low RPM's and never at WOT. The spark plugs and wires are brand new. Any idea what the problem could be? I am also only getting 8 miles per gallon! I really need some help. Thanks

are your front 02's plugged in??? sounds like they arnt working or arnt plugged in. any codes other than the air/egr/rear 02s?

Do you still have the air pump plugged in? You say you have new plugs, well did you just put them in after you put the headers on? The reason I ask is because I had a new set in and when I put the headers on I somehow dropped the header on one and it had a slight crack in it. That made it do just as you are describing
