LS1 to LS6 Intake swap

Just wanted to know what all do I need to change out when I do the intake swap. Diffrent map sensor or can I use the same from the LS1 intake collant lines etc. Thanks

You can use everything honestly. However you want to get the coolant lines for an LS6. your intake will not seat properly if you install straight up without changing them. It is a simple tasak though. Just watch your OP sending unit. ;)

what's an op sending unit?

oil pressure sending unit. You will break it guaranteed if you aren't aware of its presence. Guaranteed man...Guaranteed.

U mean be careful of installing it back on the new intake then?

Removing the LS1 intake is usually when it takes the fall. If you already have the intake off you would probably know if you broke it by now.

I just broke mine last night..... make sure it dosen't get stuck on any vacuum lines....

I have broken a few on installs before. The shop I worked at had a box of those and oil pump "o" rings.
