Ignition problem... Need ideas what to check?

Ignition problem... Need ideas what to check? Dont know what happend to the car. Entire left bank does not fire? Needing ideas on everything to check. Tryin to get ready for memphis.
Just finished putting EWP and electric fans on the car - that shouldnt effect the ignition. i hope.
Just put all new plugs in and that didnt help one bit. I run a synergy 2-step and factory ignition with msd wires/ ngk -8 plugs. 109 octane fuel and factory pcm.
I literally turned the car off at night after a short cruise around the block, put the car away for the night and fired her up in the morning for a wash and it sounds like complete ****. No plugs on the left side are firing?
