Coolant Pipes & Plugs For LS6

i was looking on texas speed and i saw the Coolant Pipes & Plugs For LS6 conversions i wanted to know if thats all i need and does anyone know of another place to get it for cheap and fast shipping

are you aware that you dont HAVE to get the ls6 stuff? u can just grind off the ribs that block the stock ls1 lines and thats free

i actually cut and soldered my ls1 coolant lines and it works just fine. plus by not using the plugs i now have a crossover on the back of the block as well.

Just check what different shops sell them and see who is cheaper, im sure you can check the dealer but they will probably rape you price wise. But yeah if your thinking of buying the lines your better off just cutting the tabs like mentioned above.

i checked at the dealer 107.00 for the parts that i needed there crazy anyways can some one type up a step by step way on how to install the ls6 by cutting the tabs please

i used ls1howto.com for the removal but i just grinded down the ribs on he bottom of the intake, took me about a half hour, saved me 45 dollars for the kit...
