Default Ported TB and MAF Questions

I'm running a ported and epoxied TB and an ls6 intake. I seen a SLP 85mm MAF for sale in the classifieds for pretty damn cheap and was wondering if i would see any gains by going with a bigger MAF since i now technically have a bigger TB. Might be a noob question so dont hurt me

with any 85mm maf you will need a tune to take full potential of the gains...

10-20, ha ha, i wish, and you could tune it with it, but a hand held tuner doesn't compare to a real tune, if you haven't got one yet i suggest you save up and do it

stick with stock...you don't need a bigger MAF until you get into the high 400HP range.

if you are going to get a dyno tune you might as well get a 85mm maf, you can get a new truck/z06 maf on ebay for 35 shipped then go to pace performance to get the 5-3 pin connector around 20 + shipping so say $60 aint bad for a 85mm if you are getting tune...thats what i did anyways...
