nice Id like to see how that does in comparison to the factory unmodified version.

Where did you get the MAF ends?

scottie dont Jan 12, 2008 06:12 PM

the maf end are from tbyrne motorsports. and they fit very nicely. i cant wait to see how much this helps

You could of ported your maf ends and saved the 40 or so bucks.

Also get ready to be flamed for messing with your stock maf.:secret2:

All I can say is "Scottie Don't" port your MAF! You could end up with some vicious A/F problems. Also if you can feel that help you out you may want to check and see how hot your car is running when it is mega-leaned out.

i have a backup. but the car has always thrown the MAF sensor voltage low code since i've owned it. its getting tuned so i figure ill get it adjusted then.

so the bar that is usually covered by the factory MAF end housing should not be ported away? I didnt see anything altered about the sensors I just saw what looked like a support bar got chopped off. That could make it run lean?
