What's the best way to...

make sure your pulley doesn't spin. Should I have a dowel pin installed or have the crank keyed?

Someone makes this. I think its ATI but im not sure. I remember seeing it in the back of the GM high tech with jason delingers LT4 T/A and that Black SS from the horsepower store. I cant find that issue right now, but im pretty sure someone out there has it.
