Default cheapest place to have my tb ported

theres a place some1 talked about on here was running a sell doing ported poished tb trades for 65$
any other places that does it reasonable

The place your refering too is New Era Performance. Sort of Ironic but I just dropped my TB off at their place on Friday because mine is getting ported too.

mine came out great as well. They mentioned that it would be done in one day (the same day they recieve it) and then ship it out the same day. Not mine, they recieved it and didnt send it out till bout 4 days later. Took longer than i thought, but it came back great.

not to cut into the vendors....but just do it yourself.... i did mine on my own 1 day took a few hours and is pretty straight forward theres a how to on installuniversity.com or ls1howto.com i think along w/ how to do the maf housings as well

You can do it yourself but you can't argue with $65 to have somebody do it that's done tons of them before. I used to port TB's and sell them on ebay but I find better things to do with my time now. I say go with New Era.

No because with the vettes it's electronically controlled instead of cable driven like the LS1's. The size is the same but the housing is a little different to accomodate the throttle blade "motor".
