Just about the only real HP gains you'll see from a plug swap is if the set you're replacing had problems to begin with.

Re: Has anyone seen any gains on Dyno from Spark Plugs?
The only reason I changed mine out was because of the convience of maintenance. What with my car being a 98 w/ 40k, during a header install I thought "Why not?" My old plugs looked like a set with 40k on them. I know they are supposed to last 100k- the only limits I like to push are on the speedo, not the Prev Maint.

Some notice a change in performance when they step down to a colder and smaller gapped plug for nitrous use. Someone had numbers to back it up and i dont remember what they were exactly, but it was enough to where you could feel it.

No NOS here as of yet But after talking with my tuner and a couple of other people,I think there really isnt anything to gain.so I am just going to stay with the stock plugs 4 now......
