Yeah i think so. Youll see about 1 tenth in the 1/4 mile. But if your car is stock I would put a Cutout first, then a lid, then pulleys IMO.

Yes it is worth it. Most people do the lid and cat-back (and/or cut-out) first, but that doesn't matter. If you still plan on doing the pulley first I'd say just get the crank pulley and belt though.
