since I planned on removing the AIR anyway, I'm not concerned over the fact that the AIR pipe will not sit correctly on the PS flange and reach the rubber hose as well on the DS. No big deal, but I dont have any block off plates. Any suggestions on what I could do temporarily so I can at least fire the thing up when I'm done.

If i really have to wait to get block offs, I will. just asking. I am in the home stretch.

You could make some. All you really need is a piece of metal, a hacksaw and a drill.

Definitely don't fire it up without it being blocked off or the AIR hooked up.

make a template out of paper and then cut one out of sheetmetal. If you have a grinding wheel it should be easy. Don't start it with those uncovered bad things will happen.
