spec one out with some cardboard first that is what i did...then make it with aluminum sheet metal...
or i can make you one too either one for ac or one without like me...

This is one of those mods i think you really need to remove at the track completely and not tape off..
I think taping it off was blocking the normal bottom flow to the airbox

I know full well the benefits of ram air. I trapped almost 115mph and only dyno'd 334rwhp with my
home made ram air intakes. I made these about six years ago when I couldn't afford to buy a
plastic FTRA setup.
$36 at the junk yard for scrap 316 SS sheetmetal.
I made mine to follow the front contour of the opening, spacing them off of the radiator as to
not inhibit air flow.

here is one i did for my buddies car that still has the ac...it has tons of flow being designed for max effort with the ac inplace and not hacking up the radiator support...

We have been absorbing material costs for years and trying not to raise the price of the FTRA. Still we have people that think they cost too much and will build there own. Our kits are made of T304 stainless steel which costs more than aluminum as well!
