If it was me to spend that kind of cheese I would go with a Cartek package . Check them out on the sponsor list . Their heads and cams compliment each in steps depending on what you want . Also , try and get a Fast intake , cometic head gaskets , arp head bolts . Longtubes put down about the same amount of pwoer so that is anywhere from $200-$1000 . Duals dumped can be had for $300 or less .
Just some thoughts .

Thats over 5k right there and i still need to get the cam, pushrods and tuning software, which should be about a 1k-1500 for all that. You could save some by not getting a clutch or not going with a fast or expensive headers, but Ive done that route before, and remember you get what you pay for REALLY applies to mods (for the most part).

forgot to mention all the little nickel and dime stuff that is involved. (fluids, tools, miscellaneous bullshit). Your going to need more than 5k to do it right with those heads.

Vengeance Racing is offering a 570HP package. I'm pretty sure its 570, could be 550..Either way, find out how much that is because it sounds wicked..
