You have to run front oxygen sensors. You can choose between reusing the stock O2 sensors and get two 24" extensions or you can get two Corvette rear O2 sensors. The Bosch 13111's are very popular, but be warned. They don't have the best track record. Usually, most tuners will recommend you reuse or get new AC Delco or Denso O2 sensors and put on extensions. The Bosch Corvette rear's have mixed reviews. Many people have problems with them switching slow. Most stuff Bosch makes tends to be junk. I recommend getting O2 extensions and reusing the stock sensors. That's what I did - zero problems.
You can choose between either getting O2 sims for the rear O2 sensors, or you can have the codes deleted. Deleting the codes is the best thing - that's what I did. You can either go to a tuning shop or you can send away for a mail order tune. I got a handheld flash programmer from VinceTrifecta (a board sponsor) for a measly $100 bucks. He deleted my codes and recalibrated my rear end ratio from 2.73 -> 3.42 because I did gears along with the headers.
Good luck.

Thanks for the input, i think i will reuse the stockers and get the extensions. Are the hooker and pacesetters about equal? Also which is the better coating...ceramic, stainless steel or chrome? Will the all eventually rust? I'm in North Dakota for at least another 3 yrs

For roughly the same price, I'd get the Hookers hands down. Hooker is a much better brand than Pacesetter, and regardless of what people say about Pacesetters, most of their stuff is Mexican-made junk. Go Hooker. Pacesetters are a very small longtube, too. I'm willing to bet the Hookers will outperform, too, though I have no proof of this. I have just seen Pacesetters next to other brands and they look like toys by comparison.
Another underrated brand is Edelbrock. They're USA made and have merge collectors, not to mention the design is pretty cool. Look at them vs. Pacesetters:
Edelbrocks blow them away The Pacesetters probably have the better coating, though.

I installed some Pacesetters on the g-friends car a few weeks back. And they are much improved from when I got mine 4 years ago. They look nice and a good bang for the buck.
After I went out and bought 2 new corvette 02's (the ones mentioned above), I saw that pacesetter includes some wiring and a water tight connector as well.. So, you can use that to splice and make the wires longer.
for the rear 02's you can hae a shop delete them for ya or get some sims like mentioned above.
