can't decide... need help!
 

first off i've done plenty of searches and cant really decide... and im not trying to start another oil argument but i need help on deciding...
first off my car has 52k miles and the avg temp right now is around 80 degress where i live and i only drive the car on weekends...
i cant find german castrol so thats out of the question and ive decided on not to go with Mobil 1..... so which would u guys go with between penzoil platinum and castrol syntec?? and should i go 5w30 or 10w30?

i would appreciate suggestions, i can't decide....

it won't matter. you could run wally world oil in that car and as long as you change it when you're supposed to, it will be fine.

I run mobile one 0w-30 synthetic in my car. 22 bucks from walmart.

I use either amsoil or royal purple.

Pennz Plat. are getting great UOA's right now so when I cant get GC I run it.

yea i've heard good things about Penzoil Platinum but then again i've heard alot of ppl have had noise problems with it..... i think i might just give the regual castrol syntec a try.. i knnow its not as good as the german castrol but oh well... might try the 5w40

ive always stayed with 10 30, since ive owned the car ive used mobil 1, but recently i changed to royal purple and im loving it so far
