Who sells block off plate for FTRA?

Who sells block off plate for FTRA? I saw a post recently about a distributor that makes a plate to block of your old airlid box in order to pressurize and force all airflow through the ftra. However, I cant find that post. Anyone know who the distributer is or how to seal off the space?
